Travis Boatman is a veteran of the videogame industry with over 25 years of experience including 17 years in the mobile space. He has created multiple top grossing hits including Simpsons Tapped Out and Sims Free Play, drove Zynga Poker mobile to #1 grossing and ran the Words with Friends franchise and network.
Today Travis is the founder and CEO of Carbonated, a Los Angeles-based mobile games studio. Prior to Carbonated, Travis served as SVP Mobile at Zynga where he was responsible for expanding the company’s mobile game portfolio across iOS, Android and Facebook including the Zynga With Friends network. Travis was also SVP of global mobile studios for Electronic Arts, where he was responsible for EA’s mobile game strategy and pioneered dozens of mobile titles.
Travis is also an angel investor and mobile advisor for companies like Apple, Mattel, Evollve, Yvolver, Little Labs, the USC Viterbi School of Engineering, and featured in four Apple keynotes.
